Worst experience ever!

Horrible! I rarely write bad reviews, but this is deserving of the worst experience I ever had in a product. I ordered the Road Runner hydration back pack on April 8 Used product following weekend, water leaked slowly from bottom. Thought it was overspill filling the reservoir. Went out 2nd time, same issue. After the 3rd attempt I contacted Water Buffalo about my experience. After filling out literary of questions, and provided photo of tube that connects to housing at bottom of bag, they indicated missing O ring. It took 3 weeks to receive the O ring, and guess what it still leaks! I am at my wits end and want my money back, but Water Buffalo will not comply! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!!
