All of our products are covered by the Water Buffalo Keep Cool lifetime warranty. This warranty covers all of our products and accessories from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If there is anything wrong with your product or you don’t think it’s up to par in terms of quality, let us know and we will replace or repair it free of charge.
