Bladder is so much easier to Fill, than the old bladders. So dissappointed in how cheap BiteValve is on this? Hence 3stars. Replaced Bite Valve and headed out on my E Bike again! Thanks WB! Lots Pockets for Everything

Lack of Cleaning Instructions

I wish there was a good cleaning video or even instructions for cleaning to come with the bag. I want to remove bite valve to clean it but it doesn't come off. Is it supposed to? I don't want to break it either.

Replacement bladdrer

I like the bladder- easy to get water in/close..., mouthpiece works well Unfortunately the bladder does not fit onto the holders built into the backpack so it tends to fall into the bottom of the backpack.

I wrote to Water Buffalo with an issue with a hydration bladder I had. I received a response very quickly with the option to receive this updated bladder to remedy my situation. Every response afterwards was extremely fast, as was shipping. I’m back on track with my hikes all thanks to the amazing customer service at Water Buffalo.

Love the improvements. The experience filling this up, closing it and using it is much better. From the baffle in the middle that reduces water movement while moving to the insulated hose and the better and simpler closing mechanism I am very satisfied with this product.

Super happy with this product! Was very surprised at the ease of use and high quality of this product. I have been through a ridiculous number of replacement bladders, and this one is far superior. I will definitely be purchasing more of these!

Air bubble in line issues, but overall good

Used this recently on a 2 day hike in Shenandoah VA, and for some reason my line kept having air bubbles. Couldn't figure it out on the trail, and haven't had a chance to diagnose the issue at home. But, in good news, it's super easy to fill, hang, and clean, and it seems incredibly durable compared to other bladders I've owned.

Overall this bladder is great, very durable and easy to use & clean… my only complaint is the bite valve being so stiff that it’s easy to pull it off altogether trying to open it.

Filling this up is quick and simple with the sliding snap. The hose is a perfect length as well.

Great product and customer service

I bought my water buffalo hydration pack a few months ago and was very happy with it. After a couple of months the cap randomly broke off one day. I reached out to the water buffalo team about possibly getting a replacement and they responded right away, sent a new hose (since the cap is embedded in it and can't be replaced one-off, AND sent a set of cleaning supplies for the straw and bladder - a total surprise and super kind of them to include! I'm sure there are lots of good hydration packs out there but their customer service really set them apart. Definitely recommend!

Great hydration bladder at a great price

This product is great. Hydration bladders are pretty standard, but I do like the insulated hose and the dust cap as well as the split bladder although I can't say if the split design really does much. So far the bladder has held up well and I would order another if needed.

I needed a new bag for a cheap backpack holder I bought from Walmart, this one fits perfectly, is easy to use, and doesn’t leak.

Bite down hard

I struggled a little bit to figure out the bite valve. You have to bite down pretty hard which is why I give it a 4. But overall exactly what I wanted.
